Mama's Way Hot Sauce

Growing up, Mama Fong taught her kids to add chili garlic sauce and white vinegar to their Woon noodles. Woon combined the two to create "Mama's Way". Recommended uses: everything from Woon noodle dishes and Mama's Five Spice Chicken Wings to eggs, avocado toast, pizza, soups, tacos, and pretty much anything.

Ingredients:

• Distilled Vinegar, Chili Peppers, Salt, Water, Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Modified Corn Starch, Acetic Acid

About Woon

Woon began as a family run pop-up born from a desire to share their mother's (Mama Fong) original Chinese comfort food. They offer a simple menu and pantry goods influenced by Shanghainese and Cantonese recipes. When they moved away from home it was always Mama’s cooking that they craved. They all worked full-time jobs and hosted pop-ups in the Los Angeles area when they could. Now, they have a brick and mortar space located in Historic Filipinotown and now a new location in Pasadena.
